Laurie Archbold

I offer tools and training in the areas of communication, conflict resolution, self-discovery, and personal growth that help people live from their heart and fulfill what’s important to them.

I grew up as the mediator and peacemaker in my family and communities. My passion for deep connection between people has guided me to lead transformational programs for over 12 years. Seeking to increase my ability to hold nuance, create sustainable solutions, and deepen into heart-guided wisdom, I sought out certification as a Facilitator with The Compassionate Listening Project and the HeartMath Institute. Prior to working in those realms, I worked for a leading Personal Training and Development company for eight years, where I developed a foundation of integrity and authenticity that informs all of my work. In my private work as a coach and facilitator, I've piloted programs that bring in the beauty and wisdom of the natural world. I am passionate about connecting people to themselves, the earth, and their communities in ways that allow for the deep healing I believe is so needed at this time.

Online

We meet online to engage in deep conversations and practices that support you in increasing your effectiveness and performance to help you reach your goals.

A Walk in the Woods

Research shows that time spent in nature connects us to ourself, each other, and the larger world in profound ways. By engaging in coaching conversations while walking through nature, we increase the impact of our conversations and practices by supporting full integration of the coaching. I will meet you in your favorite spot in nature, or can recommend green spaces across the greater Seattle area. After a short walk to set the session goals and find a comfortable spot to sit, our time together is enhanced by the natural world.

Group Workshops

I offer workshops that build capacity to communicate from the heart, navigate conflict effectively, and become a more resilient human being.

Workshops are highly experiential, meaning we practice and work to embody and integrate the practices as we go. Workshops are customizable for various group sizes of 8 to 30 people, and typically are 1 to 2 days in length (although shorter workshops of a few hours are possible).

As a Certified HeartMath trainer, I also offer resilience training and technology programs to the leaders and staff of companies, hospitals and schools as well as public workshops. These workshops provide improvements in health and effective performance by reducing stress and boosting energy and mental clarity. (I am trained to lead HeartMath's Resilience Advantage program, which is used by the US Navy, top hospitals, and Fortune 500 companies).
